Privacy Policy

ETF Pilot is a set of free calculators. We do not require accounts, do not ask you to sign in, and do not collect the prices you type into the calculators. The only information collected is standard analytics data, described below.

We do not collect personal information directly. We do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details, and there is no account system.

Calculator inputs. The prices you enter are calculated entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to our servers, stored, or associated with you.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics collects information such as your approximate location (derived from IP address), browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how long you spend on them. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and operational purposes.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. This site uses them in two ways:

• Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish returning visitors and measure how pages perform.
• Advertising cookies, if advertising is displayed, set by Google and its partners to show ads. See the section below.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect the calculators — they work entirely offline in your browser.

This site may display advertising served by Google and other third-party vendors. These vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising:

Opting out does not stop ads from appearing; it means the ads are no longer tailored to your browsing history.

Market data displayed on this site comes from third-party providers. We do not send any information about you to them; the data flows in one direction only.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not operate accounts and hold essentially no personal data, most requests of this kind will be handled by the third parties listed above — the links in that section take you to the relevant controls.
